New Dentist, Extended Hours, Enhanced Care

Dr. Hughes, Hughes Dentistry, dentist

Folks,

Happy Spring and Happy Summer to you all! I am sending this letter out to share some wonderful news with you. On June 19th of this year, Dr. Louis Berges will be joining our practice. His addition to our team will ensure that we continue to advance our philosophy of patient centered care. Dr. Berges graduated in the top 10 of his class from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and as a result became a member of the Matthew Cryer Honors Society. He is also a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. During his last year he was selected for and trained in the Clinical Honors Program where he was involved in more complex and difficult dental treatment. At graduation he received four additional awards. You can learn more about them when you come in and meet Dr. Berges.

Perhaps more important than his scholastic accomplishment is the type of person he is. Dr. Berges is a wonderful young man who clearly understands how we strive to treat our patients at Hughes & Hughes Family Dentistry. He is passionate about dentistry and about our practice philosophy. I know you will like him and I am excited for you to meet him. With Dr. Berges coming on board we will be able to offer more hours that are convenient for busy schedules. Starting in June we will be open three nights a week and every Friday. Finally, in an effort to provide you all an opportunity to meet Dr. Berges we will be holding an open house in September. Be on the lookout for more information.

I am a lucky man. I work with a wonderful and dedicated group of people every day. Plus, I get to work with my son every day! They are all passionate about what they do and are invested in our philosophy of caring for you, one person at a time. We are only going to enhance that care by the addition of Dr. Berges to our team.

Lastly, I want to take this opportunity to give you all my heartfelt thanks for placing your trust in us. This November will mark the beginning of my 40th year in practice. You all are the reason I continue to love what I do so very much. I enjoy treating each and every one of you, getting to know you, listening and learning from you. We have shared joy and sadness, raising children, spoiling grandchildren and so much more. I think of you all as more than just my patients. You are my learning and living tree of life. Thank you is not enough. We look forward to taking care of your dental needs and will continue to work so very hard to earn that trust now and in the future.

Warmest regards,

R. Michael Hughes DMD
